For photographing your artwork, the fee is $85 for the first piece, with a cost of $55 for each additional piece, up to a size of 30x40 inches. To qualify as an additional piece, the dimensions must be within 2 inches of the largest size; otherwise, it will be charged at the first piece price due to the necessity of adjustments in lighting and camera positioning to ensure optimal quality. Each artwork will be captured at 300 dpi and includes cropping and basic color correction, with files uploaded to you via Dropbox.

For larger artwork exceeding 30x40 inches, the price is $110 for the first piece and $95 for subsequent pieces. If the artwork is over 36x40 inches, multiple sections may need to be photographed, which incurs a fee of $150 per piece due to the increased time required both at the camera and during editing. Should you prefer to have a single capture of a large piece, prior written approval is necessary at the time of drop-off.

Art pieces that present unique challenges, such as those featuring gold leaf, reflective materials, or other elements that complicate the photography process, will be charged at $125. A test print at the size of 8.5x11 inches is available for $10, which includes basic color correction. If further adjustments are required, collaboration with the artist can be arranged, charged at $75 per hour with a minimum of half an hour and one correction print. Each additional test print will also cost $10.

Your work will be stored on Dropbox for 5 days; it is your responsibility to download the images within this timeframe. If a second upload is necessary, a fee of $20 will apply, without exceptions.

Prior to starting any artwork, you must complete an Art Work Worksheet and pay for services upfront. The invoice must be settled in full, and any additional services requested must also be paid for before delivery, pickup, or upload.

We do not accommodate third-party billing. No work or images will be released from the studio until payment is completed. We accept cash, local checks, and major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. A valid resale certificate is required; without it, all applicable state and local taxes will be added to your invoice.

All printing files remain the property of Up Country Photography. Only the color-corrected files will be available for Dropbox alongside the final images.

If you request an image transfer to another party, we cannot guarantee color fidelity to our original output. The fee for email or Dropbox transfer is $15, payable in advance.
